Clients
As a client, you agree to cooperate with the audit team, provide access to necessary documentation, and comply with the audit process. You acknowledge that the audit will focus on improving care quality, compliance, and service delivery based on the scope defined at the start of the audit.
Carers
If you are a carer or guardian submitting an audit request on behalf of a client, you confirm that you are legally authorised to do so. You agree to assist with the audit process by providing information and access to the client where necessary.
Professionals
As a healthcare or care professional, you agree to provide accurate and relevant information during the audit process. You also agree to cooperate with the audit team and ensure that any requested records or reports are submitted on time.
Liability Disclaimer
3D Elite Hub provides audit services aimed at improving care delivery, compliance, and quality within the specified scope. However, we cannot guarantee that the results of the audit will meet all user expectations or resolve every issue related to the audited entity. As such:
No Guarantees of Outcome
While we strive to provide thorough and accurate audits, we do not guarantee that our services will identify every possible issue or lead to immediate improvements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3D Elite Hub will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages that arise from the use of our audit services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Errors or Omissions

Payment Terms

Payment for Services
Payment for audit services must be made in full as per the terms outlined in your service agreement. Any payment disputes must be raised within [30] days of the invoice date.
Late Payments
Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services or legal action, where necessary. A late payment fee may also be applied for overdue payments.
Refund Policy
Refunds for audit services are generally not offered unless otherwise specified in the service agreement or where applicable by law. If a refund is issued, it will be done at the discretion of 3D Elite Hub and will depend on the specific circumstances of the request.
Withdrawal or Termination of Services
Both 3D Elite Hub and the user have the right to withdraw from the audit process or terminate services under certain conditions:
Client-Initiated Termination
Clients may withdraw from the audit process by providing written notice. However, if an audit has commenced, the client will still be responsible for paying for any work completed up to the point of termination.
3D Elite Hub-Initiated Termination
We reserve the right to terminate audit services if the user breaches these terms and conditions, provides false or misleading information, or refuses to cooperate with the audit process.
Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
3D Elite Hub reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users through our website or other appropriate channels. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
